📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Technology portfolio, ensuring a unified source of truth for IT, Security, and Product initiatives including owners, dates, status, risks, and decisions.

• Manage the operating cadence, which includes leadership meeting agendas and notes, action-item tracking, vendor and contract renewal schedules, salary-cap and budget monitoring, and preparation of executive reports.

• Coordinate with vendors, follow up on procurement, handle hiring logistics with the Talent team, and manage cross-department requests and documentation.

• Ensure follow-through by pursuing commitments, identifying blockers, escalating issues with recommendations, and closing the loop with stakeholders.

• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.

• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to the department's activities.

• Report directly to the CTO while collaborating across various time zones with a distributed team.

• Achieve KPIs related to portfolio visibility, the CTO's operational footprint, action-item closure, reporting cadence, and vendor renewal management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program management, chief of staff roles, or technology operations supporting a senior technology leader.

• Proven experience in managing multi-workstream programs using a work-management tool.

• Excellent written English skills: capable of transforming unstructured updates into executive-ready status reports or decision memos.

• Familiarity with budgeting, vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement workflows.

• Sufficient technical literacy to credibly track IT, security, and software tasks and ask pertinent questions.

• Committed to persistent and respectful follow-up; comfortable holding senior stakeholders accountable for their commitments.

• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency (C1+ or higher).

• Availability during US business hours with the capacity to be on call after hours on short notice.
