This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Support the recruitment process by effectively managing the pre-boarding of external candidates and internal transfers.
• Emphasize compliance, enhance candidate experience, and ensure timely onboarding.
• Clearly communicate expectations, timelines, and processes from offer to start for candidates.
• Gather necessary pre-hire contingency documents, such as background checks, employment verification, education verification, I-9 verification, license/certifications verification, and fingerprinting as needed.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to advance candidates through the hiring process and maintain precise employee records.
• Ensure that personnel files are comprehensive, securely stored, and ready for regulatory audits.
• Provide clearance status updates to Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Stay informed about job roles, essential skills, competencies, and organizational culture.
• Foster collaborative relationships with Partners and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Coordinate operational, technical, and/or clerical support services as necessary.
• Organize workflows and prioritize the needs of customers effectively.
• Develop and uphold procedural standards and documentation.
• Employ various system applications for data collection and management to adhere to compliance, auditing, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at performance improvement.
• Clearly communicate goals, standards, program expectations, service performance, and Trinity Health objectives.
• Identify, address, and/or escalate any organizational, operational, or team conflicts.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and functional workspace.
• Encourage the professional growth of team members and engage in continuous self-development relevant to the role.
• Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, administrative, or customer service support roles within a high-volume work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to follow tasks to completion, comprehend and relate to complex ideas/concepts, retain multiple tasks and processes over extended periods, and manage concurrent tasks/projects.
• Familiarity with recruiting practices and processes.
• Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws/regulations, as well as the Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
