This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provide administrative support at the regional level, along with entry-level recruitment and onboarding assistance to local Talent Acquisition teams.
• Assist with applicant tracking, reviewing assessment tests, prescreening applicants, and sourcing a diverse pool of candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding their application status and the outcomes of interviews and selections.
• Schedule interviews, health screenings, candidate travel arrangements, and orientation events.
• Collaborate with Human Resources Shared Services on onboarding tasks such as fingerprinting, I-9 verification, and badge photography.
• Compile regular and special reports related to recruitment and selection.
• Organize local and regional recruiting events and manage the event calendar.
• Provide support to colleagues, managers, and Talent Acquisition regarding Workday TA, candidate status inquiries, and recruitment process challenges.
• Deliver prompt solutions and responsive customer service while fostering remote relationships.
• Process and monitor billing statements and invoices.
• Stay informed about job positions, required skills, competencies, and the organizational culture relevant to recruiting and sourcing.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including advertisements, direct mail campaigns, and online postings.
• Maintain awareness of applicable laws, regulations, Trinity Health policies, and standards of conduct.
• Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, coupled with two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, administrative, or customer service support role within a high-volume work environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong keyboarding abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
• Capability to understand organizational relationships and structures.
• Willingness to continuously learn and strive for personal and professional growth in technical areas.
• Ability to provide consistent services using established Talent Acquisition standard work methods.
• Demonstrated customer-service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
