This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provide administrative support at the regional level, focusing on entry-level recruitment and onboarding assistance for local Talent Acquisition teams.
• Offer services to hiring managers, internal staff, and external candidates while adhering to the established hiring processes.
• Organize recruitment activities, which include applicant tracking, assessment testing reviews, applicant pre-screening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools.
• Follow up with candidates concerning their candidacy status and the outcomes of interviews and selections.
• Schedule interviews, health screenings, candidate travel arrangements, and orientation events.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources Shared Services onboarding team to manage on-site tasks such as fingerprinting, I-9 verification, and badge photos.
• Compile regular and special reports regarding recruitment and selection activities.
• Organize local and regional recruiting events while maintaining the event calendar.
• Assist with recruitment challenges, provide support for the Workday Talent Acquisition module, respond to candidate status inquiries, and address questions about the Talent Acquisition process.
• Deliver prompt solutions and responsive customer service for inquiries and requests.
• Process and track billing statements and invoices.
• Keep updated knowledge of positions, required skills, competencies, and the organizational culture to effectively market, recruit, and source suitable applicants.
• Support marketing initiatives, including advertisements, direct mail campaigns, and online postings.
• Stay informed about applicable laws, regulations, and Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, policies, and procedures.
• Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, coupled with two (2) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, administration, or customer service support in a high-volume work environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting practices and processes.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong keyboarding abilities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer-service orientation.
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
• Capability to work remotely and build relationships from a distance.
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Trinity Health policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform extensive computer work, engage in telephone and face-to-face interactions, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
