This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.
• Identify candidates for vacancies in the firm's offices located in Miami Lakes, Orlando, and New York City.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, professional associations, alumni networks, and direct outreach for sourcing.
• Develop and execute Boolean searches based on specific role requirements.
• Make a high volume of calls, texts, and emails to both passive and active candidates during evenings and weekends.
• Reconnect with previous applicants and inactive pipeline candidates.
• Perform initial phone screenings based on established qualification criteria.
• Administer prescreening questionnaires and accurately log responses.
• Dispatch, monitor, and follow up on candidate assessments.
• Arrange interviews according to the availability of hiring managers and candidates, including coordinating across Florida and New York time zones.
• Send confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notifications.
• Ensure candidate records are accurately maintained in the applicant tracking system.
• Document screening notes for hiring managers.
• Timely and accurately disposition candidates using the appropriate reason codes.
• Provide end-of-shift summaries detailing contacts, screenings, assessments, and interviews.
• Address candidate inquiries during the designated shift.
• Guarantee that every candidate receives a clear next step or closure.
• A minimum of 2 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support.
• Proven experience in conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews at scale.
• Proficient in using an applicant tracking system and standard productivity tools.
• Capability in Boolean search techniques.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistent availability from Wednesday to Sunday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM ET.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• A fully functioning computer.
• A quiet, professional workspace.
• Phone setup that accommodates continuous call volume.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and accurately self-report progress.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Previous recruiting experience in a law firm, medical practice, or other high-volume professional services environment is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting legal support staff, intake, or case management roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Litify, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Device specifications: Windows 11 with Intel i5 8th generation or newer (or equivalent), 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD; or macOS 14 Sonoma or newer, Apple Silicon or Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD.
• Device must be used exclusively by the contractor.
• Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload.
• Latency should be under 100 ms.
• A private, password-protected network is required; public Wi-Fi is not allowed.
• USB noise-cancelling headset with microphone is required.
• Webcam capable of delivering clear video is necessary.
• Full-disk encryption must be enabled via BitLocker or FileVault.
• Automatic updates for the operating system and browser security must be enabled.
• Screen must lock after no more than 10 minutes of inactivity.
• Active endpoint protection software is a must.
• Applicant data should be stored only in systems designated by the firm.
