This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.
• Identify and attract candidates for open positions across all three offices utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, professional organizations, alumni networks, and direct outreach.
• Develop and execute Boolean searches based on specific role requirements.
• Perform high-volume outbound communications, including calls, texts, and emails to both passive and active candidates during evenings and weekends.
• Reconnect with previous applicants and engage a dormant candidate pipeline.
• Carry out initial phone screenings based on predefined qualification criteria.
• Administer prescreening questionnaires and accurately document responses.
• Distribute, monitor, and follow up on candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring time zone considerations between Florida and New York are addressed.
• Send out confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling communications.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Keep consistent documentation of screening notes for hiring managers.
• Accurately and promptly disposition candidates with appropriate reason codes.
• Provide a summary at the end of each shift detailing contacts made, screenings completed, assessments sent, and interviews scheduled.
• Address candidate inquiries within the designated shift hours.
• Guarantee that every candidate receives a clear next step or definitive closure.
• Work autonomously with minimal real-time supervision.
• A minimum of 2 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support.
• Proven experience in conducting phone screenings and managing interview schedules at a high volume.
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system and standard productivity software.
• Ability to execute Boolean searches effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistent availability for the entirety of Wednesday to Sunday, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM ET.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet.
• A functioning personal computer.
• A quiet and professional workspace.
• A phone setup capable of handling continuous call volumes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and accurately self-report progress.
• Contractors must provide their own equipment, software, internet connection, and workspace.
• A computer meeting the specified technical requirements of Windows 11 or macOS 14 with at least 16 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD.
• Device must be exclusively used by the contractor.
• Internet connection must offer a minimum of 30 Mbps download speed, 15 Mbps upload speed, latency under 100 ms, and be part of a private, password-protected network.
• A USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is required.
• A webcam capable of delivering clear video is necessary.
• Full-disk encryption must be enabled.
• Automatic security updates must be activated.
• Screen lock must initiate after no more than 10 minutes of inactivity.
• Active endpoint protection software is mandatory.
• All applicant data must be stored exclusively in firm-designated systems.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Previous recruiting experience in a law firm, medical practice, or other high-volume professional services environments is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting legal support staff, intake, or case management roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms like Litify, Salesforce, or similar is preferred.
