This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify and attract candidates for open positions across three locations utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, professional associations, alumni networks, and direct outreach.
• Develop and execute Boolean searches based on defined role specifications.
• Perform high-volume outbound communication via calls, texts, and emails to both passive and applied candidates during evening and weekend hours.
• Reconnect with previous applicants and engage a dormant talent pipeline.
• Execute initial phone screenings based on established qualification criteria.
• Administer prescreening questionnaires and accurately document responses.
• Distribute, monitor, and follow up on candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring time-zone synchronization between Florida and New York.
• Send confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notifications.
• Keep precise candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Document screening notes for the hiring managers.
• Promptly and accurately disposition candidates using the correct reason codes.
• Provide end-of-shift pipeline summaries detailing contacts made, screenings conducted, assessments sent, and interviews arranged.
• Act as the initial point of contact for applicants representing the firm.
• Address candidate inquiries within the designated shift period.
• Ensure that each candidate receives a clear next step or definitive closure.
• A minimum of 2 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support.
• Proven experience in conducting phone screenings and arranging interviews at scale.
• Proficient in using an applicant tracking system and standard productivity tools.
• Capability to perform Boolean searches.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistent availability from Wednesday to Sunday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM ET.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet, a functioning computer, a quiet professional workspace, and a phone setup suitable for a high call volume.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and accurately self-report progress.
• Contractors are responsible for providing their own equipment and workspace.
• Computer must meet specified Windows or macOS, processor, RAM, and SSD requirements.
• Internet connection with at least 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, latency under 100 ms, and a secure, password-protected network.
• USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone.
• Webcam capable of clear video quality.
• Full-disk encryption enabled using BitLocker or FileVault.
• Automatic security updates must be enabled for the operating system and browser.
• Screen lock feature activated after no more than 10 minutes of inactivity.
• Active endpoint protection software must be installed.
• Applicant data must only be stored in systems designated by the firm.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Prior recruiting experience in a law firm, medical practice, or other high-volume professional services environment is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting legal support staff, intake, or case management roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Litify, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred.
