This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.
• Identify candidates for available positions across all three offices utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, professional associations, alumni networks, and direct outreach.
• Create and execute Boolean searches based on specified role criteria.
• Perform high-volume outbound communications, including calls, texts, and emails, to both passive and active candidates during evenings and weekends.
• Re-engage with previous applicants and maintain connections with inactive pipeline candidates.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings based on set qualification standards.
• Administer pre-screening questionnaires and meticulously document responses.
• Distribute, monitor, and follow up on candidate assessments.
• Organize interviews coordinating the availability of hiring managers and candidates while considering time zone differences between Florida and New York.
• Send out confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notifications.
• Keep precise and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Record screening notes consistently for hiring managers.
• Timely and accurately disposition candidates with the correct reason codes.
• Provide a summary at the end of each shift detailing contacts made, screenings completed, assessments sent, and interviews scheduled.
• Act as the initial point of contact for the firm for the majority of applicants.
• Address candidate inquiries within the designated shift hours.
• Ensure each candidate receives a clear next step or a definitive closure.
• Operate independently with minimal real-time supervision.
• A minimum of 2 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support.
• Proven experience in conducting phone screenings and scheduling interviews in high volumes.
• Proficient in using an applicant tracking system and standard productivity tools.
• Ability to perform Boolean searches.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistent availability from Wednesday to Sunday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM ET.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet, a functional computer, a quiet professional workspace, and a phone setup suitable for continuous call volumes.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and to accurately self-report progress.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Previous recruiting experience in a law firm, medical practice, or another high-volume professional services setting preferred.
• Experience in recruiting legal support staff, intake, or case management roles preferred.
• Familiarity with Litify, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.
• Windows: Windows 11, Intel i5 (8th generation or newer) or equivalent, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD.
• Mac: macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer, Apple Silicon or Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD.
• The device must be exclusively used by the candidate and not shared with other household members.
• Internet requirements: minimum 30 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload, latency under 100 ms, private password-protected network, and no public Wi-Fi.
• USB noise-canceling headset with microphone.
• Webcam capable of providing clear video for scheduled calls.
• Full-disk encryption enabled using BitLocker or FileVault.
• Automatic updates for the operating system and browser security enabled.
• Screen lock activated after no more than 10 minutes of inactivity.
• Active endpoint protection software in place.
• Applicant data must be stored exclusively in firm-designated systems, never on personal cloud storage or local drives.
