This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.
• Identify and attract candidates for various positions across three locations utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, professional associations, alumni networks, and direct outreach methods.
• Create and execute Boolean searches based on specific role requirements.
• Perform a high volume of outbound communications via calls, texts, and emails during evenings and weekends.
• Reconnect with previous applicants and engage a dormant candidate pipeline.
• Execute initial phone screenings based on clearly defined qualification standards.
• Administer prescreening questionnaires and accurately document candidate responses.
• Dispatch, monitor, and follow up on candidate assessments.
• Arrange interviews by coordinating the schedules of hiring managers and candidates, including time zone adjustments between Florida and New York.
• Send confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notifications.
• Maintain precise candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Document screening notes consistently for hiring managers.
• Accurately and promptly disposition candidates with the appropriate reason codes.
• Provide summaries of the candidate pipeline at the end of each shift.
• Address candidate inquiries within the designated shift period.
• Ensure that every candidate is informed of their next steps or provided with a clear closure.
• Operate independently with minimal real-time oversight.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support.
• Proven experience in conducting phone screenings and scheduling interviews at a high volume.
• Proficient in using an applicant tracking system and standard productivity tools.
• Ability to execute Boolean searches effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistent availability from Wednesday to Sunday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM ET.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet, a functioning computer, a quiet professional workspace, and a phone setup capable of managing continuous call volume.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and accurately self-report progress.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Prior experience in recruiting within a law firm, medical practice, or similar high-volume professional services environment is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting for legal support staff, intake, or case management roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Litify, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Computer should meet specified Windows or Mac requirements, including 16 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD.
• Device must be exclusively used by the contractor.
• Internet connection should have a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, with latency under 100 ms, and a private password-protected network.
• USB noise-cancelling headset with microphone is required.
• A webcam that can provide clear video quality is necessary.
• Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, screen lock, active endpoint protection, and designated storage for applicant data are required.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
• Contractors are responsible for providing their own equipment and workspace.
