This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify and attract candidates for open positions across all three offices utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, professional associations, alumni networks, and direct outreach strategies.
• Develop and execute Boolean search strategies based on specified role requirements.
• Perform high-volume outbound communications via calls, texts, and emails to both passive and active candidates during evening and weekend hours.
• Reconnect with previous applicants and reactivate dormant candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial phone interviews based on established qualification standards.
• Administer prescreening questionnaires and accurately document responses.
• Distribute, monitor, and follow up on candidate assessments.
• Arrange interviews considering the availability of hiring managers and candidates, including time zone coordination between Florida and New York.
• Send confirmations, reminders, and communications for rescheduling.
• Keep precise and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Record screening notes in a consistent format for hiring managers.
• Promptly and accurately dispose of candidates with the correct reason codes.
• Provide a summary at the end of each shift detailing contacts made, screens completed, assessments sent, and interviews scheduled.
• Act as the initial point of contact for most applicants, creating a strong first impression of the firm.
• Address candidate inquiries within the designated shift timeframe.
• Ensure each candidate receives a clear next step or a definitive close.
• Operate independently with minimal real-time supervision.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support.
• Proven experience in conducting phone screenings and scheduling interviews at scale.
• Proficient in using an applicant tracking system and standard productivity software.
• Capability to execute Boolean searches.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for the entire Wednesday–Sunday timeframe from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM ET.
• Reliable high-speed internet access, a functioning computer, a quiet, professional workspace, and a phone setup conducive to a high volume of calls.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and accurately report on progress.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Previous recruiting experience in a law firm, medical practice, or other high-volume professional services environment is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting legal support staff, intake, or case management roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Litify, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred.
• A computer that meets the specified Windows 11 or macOS 14 hardware requirements.
• Minimum internet speeds of 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload.
• Latency under 100 ms.
• A private, password-protected network is required; public Wi-Fi is not allowed.
• A USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is necessary.
• A webcam capable of delivering clear video is required.
• Full-disk encryption must be enabled with BitLocker or FileVault.
• Automatic security updates must be enabled for both the operating system and browser.
• Screen lock must be activated after no more than 10 minutes of inactivity.
• Active endpoint protection software must be in place.
• Applicant data should be stored exclusively in firm-designated systems.
