This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance Supplemental Health Care’s reputation and brand presence within the market.
• Attract and retain field talent and clients by adhering to the company’s core values.
• Meet minimum activity benchmarks, including outreach, interviews, and submissions.
• Contribute to division gross profit targets through effective management of the value calculator.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, referencing, and the compliance process.
• Meet personal revenue targets and collaborate with the Manager to establish goals and strategies.
• Achieve a 90% retention rate of field talent by utilizing the Talent for Life scorecard.
• Keep up-to-date information on active field talent and clients, addressing their needs promptly.
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with field talent and clients.
• Take responsibility for the individual P&L impact on the Division budget.
• Recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage field talent effectively.
• Assess applicants for employment suitability and oversee credentialing and compliance processes.
• Manage job postings, email blasts, call blasts, and various recruitment activities.
• Assume leadership responsibilities for office success during the Manager’s absence.
• Oversee field talent across different company lines.
• Conduct weekly performance report calls with field talent and clients.
• Support ongoing recruitment initiatives.
• Mentor new office talent within both the Division and the Company.
• Accommodate flexible schedules for field talent requests, issues, after-hours support, and on-call duties.
• Present Supplemental Advantages and effectively address objections.
• Discuss assignment extensions and additional opportunities with field talent.
• May oversee weekly payroll and assist with housing arrangements.
• Provide support for Human Resources, Quality Assurance, aging, and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Foster an environment of high morale, motivation, and teamwork.
• Negotiate applicant salaries and benefits in alignment with SHC financial goals.
• Supervise policies and carry out other assigned duties.
• Understanding of business and management principles related to recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, or relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in proper grammar, spelling, and compositional rules.
• Familiarity with principles and methods for marketing recruiting services, including strategies, sales techniques, and management systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
• Capability to organize tasks and complete work efficiently.
• Effective communication skills with all levels within the organization.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office Products and the Internet.
• Preferred knowledge of internet job boards and online recruiting.
• Capacity to sit, type, and utilize the phone and computer for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
• Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and participate in future webcasts/trainings as required.
