This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver thorough administrative assistance throughout the recruitment process.
• Organize candidate interview scheduling involving various stakeholders and ensure prompt communication.
• Conduct precise background checks in line with company policies.
• Oversee the employee referral program, which includes tracking referrals and maintaining communication with referring employees.
• Execute additional administrative tasks to facilitate successful hiring.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, business units, and new hires to guarantee an optimal experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
• Evaluate recruitment workflows, collect stakeholder feedback, and recommend process enhancements.
• Create and document recruitment best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Assist team members through coaching, mentoring, and skill development initiatives.
• Train and support new colleagues regarding recruitment processes, systems, and team culture.
• Utilize computer and phone systems while operating multiple software programs concurrently.
• Must reside in Guadalajara.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience in HR/recruiting.
• Proficient in advanced scheduling, logistics coordination, and multitasking in high-paced environments.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel formulas.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and calmness in managing changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven history of enhancing recruitment processes and workflows.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders in recruitment activities.
• Customer service-oriented, prioritizing support for candidates and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and self-driven motivation.
• Capability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours daily.
• Proficient in operating computer and phone systems, typing, and using multiple software programs simultaneously.
