This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage ATS and talent acquisition technology records independently, including posting and closing requisitions, tracking approvals and workflow statuses, auditing data quality, and resolving routine system discrepancies.

• Assist in implementing approved automation and AI-driven workflow improvements.

• Organize and audit employment documentation, HRIS transactions, I-9 records, background screening statuses, and onboarding requirements.

• Act as the primary operational liaison for candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle, handling complex scheduling, pre-employment communications, offer routing, background screening coordination, retention agreements, incentive plans, and onboarding follow-up.

• Complete Forms I-9, verify documentation, submit E-Verify cases, and maintain I-9 files.

• Gather, validate, and compile job and candidate information for compensation and offer evaluations.

• Prepare and conduct quality checks on recurring recruiting dashboards and reports.

• Identify trends, discrepancies, and issues that may impact service, compliance, or reporting accuracy.

• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding requirements and escalate any incomplete or delayed activities.

• Organize complex interview panels, assessments, recruiting events, and logistics.

• Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition Coordinator I or temporary coordination resources.

• Support recruitment process enhancements, best practices, automation, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness.

• Assist with telecommuting workflow management, documentation review, report preparation, and employee communications.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process mapping, standardization, job aids, templates, training materials, user testing, and adoption of recruiting technology.

• Uphold the confidentiality of member, team member, and other sensitive information.

• Assist with member relations and events.

• Undertake other People Services assignments and projects as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR administration, or related fields in human resources.

• Experience with multi-state and high-volume hiring in mid-to-large organizations.

• Knowledge of Affirmative Action, EEOC, Titles VII & IX DOL.

• Comprehensive understanding of ATS/HRIS systems, recruiting and onboarding workflows, I-9 and pre-employment documentation requirements, data retention, EEO/AAP documentation, reporting controls, process auditing, and related recruiting compliance.

• Awareness of approved automation, emerging recruiting technologies, and AI-enabled recruiting practices.

• Strong grasp of recruitment metrics.

• Familiarity with human resources practices and labor laws related to recruitment, hiring, AA/EEO, employee relations, compensation, training, benefits, and wage and hour regulations.

• Capability to navigate career websites, job boards, and other recruiting technology/systems.

• Proven ability to manage complex workflows independently.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.

• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

• Advanced skills in candidate communication, follow-up, data auditing, troubleshooting, and workflow management.

• Keen attention to detail and precision in data entry and record-keeping.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.

• High proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Experience with HRIS, ATS, reporting systems, and recruiting technology platforms.

• Strong data accuracy and auditing capabilities.

• Comfort with recruiting technologies and automation tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Preferred: Experience with Ceridian Dayforce, Indeed, and LinkedIn as they pertain to recruiting.
