Talent Acquisition Consultant, Finnish Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for mid- to senior-level, specialist, and executive positions.

• Execute full-cycle sales and business development initiatives.

• Collaborate with clients to grasp role specifications, team dynamics, and business objectives.

• Actively seek and engage top-tier candidates from global markets.

• Perform thorough candidate interviews and evaluations, which may include psychometric assessments.

• Develop trust-based relationships with candidates and sustain a proactive talent pipeline.

• Provide clients with insights on the market, talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.

• Work alongside internal consultants to ensure alignment of client expectations and delivery results.

• Track recruitment activities and candidate progress using CRM and recruitment tools.

• Foster new client relationships through outreach, networking, and client meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, headhunting, or executive search.

• Strong preference for candidates with full-cycle recruitment experience.

• Ideally possess experience in sales, business development, or a commercially-oriented recruitment role.

• Excellent proficiency in Finnish and English communication.

• Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

• Exceptional sourcing abilities with a knack for identifying and engaging passive candidates.

• Experience in consulting with corporate clients and hiring managers.

• Valued experience in recruiting for international markets.

• Capability to handle multiple roles and priorities within a fast-paced, remote setting.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership over results.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as required by client needs.
