Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Implement the established talent acquisition strategy and processes to recruit top talent for dentsu.

• Collaborate with TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and Hiring Managers to outline recruiting strategies and guide selected talent through the interview process.

• Attract, engage, and select qualified candidates in accordance with agreed-upon talent plans and timelines.

• Assist in external talent mapping and benchmarking, promoting diversity and inclusion, external sourcing, interviewing, candidate management and negotiation, and employment branding.

• Set clear expectations with and inform Hiring Managers about timelines, market insights, and talent pools.

• Develop sourcing strategies and actively and passively source candidates for designated roles.

• Oversee an average of 12–15 requisitions while ensuring high data quality.

• Monitor Workday and transition qualified applicants into the interview process.

• Coordinate with hiring teams, TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners, and TA Coordinators to guide candidates through the hiring process.

• Extend job offers to candidates in collaboration with career advocates and hiring managers.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior TA Specialists/Business Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners whenever possible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in full-lifecycle recruiting.

• Practical experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters is preferred.

• Experience collaborating and working cross-functionally with hiring managers.

• Basic knowledge and exposure to utilizing data and reports to showcase the effectiveness of hiring efforts.

• Ability to consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service, even under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Competence in building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
