Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver the right talent at the right time while ensuring quality and cultural fit.

• Support hiring decisions by utilizing market insights and recruitment data.

• Develop recruitment strategies for critical technology positions.

• Enhance candidate experience and shape employer brand perception.

• Oversee the complete recruitment processes within the Tech domain.

• Collaborate with hiring managers from role definition through to final hiring decisions.

• Provide valuable market insights regarding talent availability, timelines, and compensation.

• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other resources.

• Conduct interviews and evaluate competencies and cultural alignment.

• Manage the recruitment process and candidate experience from start to finish.

• Utilize recruitment data and metrics to refine processes.

• Build talent pools and foster long-term relationships with candidates.

• Support employer branding efforts and represent the company in external engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house).

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.

• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.

• Experience in conducting structured interviews (e.g., using the STAR method).

• Familiarity with tech roles and tech stacks (backend, frontend, cloud, data, etc.).

• A data-driven mindset coupled with strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
