Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Power Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and pre-screen candidates for a range of job openings.

• Engage with prospective candidates through social media and professional platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed.

• Compose and distribute recruiting emails.

• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ascertain position requirements.

• Utilize sourcing methods such as Boolean search to pinpoint qualified candidate profiles.

• Create talent pipelines to address future hiring needs.

• Offer insights and feedback regarding market conditions to inform recruiting strategies.

• Expand applicant sources by researching and reaching out to community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online sites.

• Share information about the organization, available opportunities, and employee benefits; deliver presentations; and foster relationships.

• Request referrals from external networks.

• Advocate for the talent and employer brand both online and offline.

• Maintain candidate databases through the Applicant Tracking System and the talent community.

• Update past applicants about new job openings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing.

• 3 years of experience in sourcing passive candidates.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational competencies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Self-motivated team player; proactive in approach.

• Strong time management capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and complete urgent tasks independently.
