Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Construction Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and pre-screen candidates for various roles.

• Engage with potential candidates through social media and professional platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed.

• Draft and distribute recruiting emails.

• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to understand position requirements.

• Utilize sourcing techniques such as Boolean search to identify qualified candidate profiles.

• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Provide insights and feedback on market conditions to inform the recruiting strategy.

• Research and connect with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online platforms to enhance applicant sources.

• Share organizational information, opportunities, and benefits; deliver presentations; and foster relationships.

• Request referrals from external networks.

• Advocate for the talent and employer brand both online and offline.

• Maintain candidate databases using the Applicant Tracking System and talent community.

• Reach out to former applicants regarding new job openings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing.

• 3 years of experience in sourcing passive candidates.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Driven team player; proactive self-starter.

• Strong time management capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Capacity to work independently, adapt swiftly to changing priorities, and accomplish key tasks with urgency.
