This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist the Recruiting team in making data-driven decisions and enhancing hiring systems, processes, and reporting.
• Take ownership of analytical projects and convert recruiting data into practical insights.
• Discover scalable methods to boost operational efficiency, visibility, and stakeholder experience.
• Leverage emerging AI tools and intelligent automation to enhance recruiting insights, workflows, and decision-making.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations.
• Develop and sustain recruiting dashboards, reports, and regular business reviews, prioritizing AI integration.
• Evaluate recruiting funnel, pipeline, capacity, and performance data to pinpoint trends and areas for improvement.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into specifications for processes, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Implement data quality checks, documentation, and governance practices across recruiting systems.
• Independently oversee cross-functional projects from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Present findings and recommendations to Recruiting leaders and key business partners.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, people analytics, business analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AI tools is essential, including hands-on experience to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and address business challenges.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and recruiting data is required.
• Experience with Greenhouse and Workday is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to interpret trends, determine root causes, and suggest practical solutions.
• Proven experience in constructing reports or dashboards using spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
