Talent Acquisition Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing and resume evaluation

• Connect with candidates through LinkedIn and various other platforms

• Facilitate interview arrangements and manage candidate pipelines

• Track progress and ensure recruitment metrics are updated regularly

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (essential)

• Strong enthusiasm for the crypto and Web3 sectors

• Ability to dedicate consistent daily hours to support the project

• Excellent communication, sourcing, and organizational abilities

• Dependable, proactive, and oriented towards task completion

• Applications from individuals without TA/recruitment experience will not be entertained
