• Lead and manage comprehensive recruitment processes across various functions, levels, and locations.

• Influence workforce planning and hiring decisions through data-driven insights.
• Cultivate strong organizational relationships to ensure cohesive recruitment support.
• Assess and improve recruitment processes for efficiency, speed, quality of hires, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks while implementing scalable recruitment practices.
• Utilize automation, AI-driven tools, and recruitment technologies effectively.
• Promote standardized recruiting methods while allowing for adaptability.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, pipeline health, sourcing efficacy, and hiring results.
• Prepare and present insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Track key performance indicators to enhance recruitment efficiency and operational performance.
• Leverage workforce and labor market data to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Support initiatives for employer branding.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of sourcing channels.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
• Encourage inclusive recruitment practices and diverse candidate pipelines.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Stay updated on labor market trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading talent acquisition teams and recruitment strategies within a complex, multi-functional organization.
• Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams.
• Strong consultative abilities with a talent for influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience in creating and implementing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using recruiting metrics, reporting tools, and data-informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements in recruiting.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and leverage innovative recruitment technologies and methodologies.
• Experience in leading recruitment transformation, process optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with talent intelligence, labor market analytics, and workforce planning tools.
• Experience with automation, AI-enabled recruiting technologies, and advanced sourcing methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing recruitment efforts across multiple regions or global settings.
• Strong negotiation skills and talent advisory capabilities.
