📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions, levels, and locations.

• Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning initiatives.

• Create and sustain proactive talent pipelines through targeted sourcing, market analysis, networking, and engaging talent communities.

• Utilize innovative sourcing methods, recruitment technologies, and external partnerships.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists.

• Promote accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a customer-centric service model.

• Set performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth within the team.

• Encourage the adoption of best recruitment practices, innovative approaches, and streamlined workflows.

• Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and senior executives on talent acquisition needs and strategies.

• Provide insights on labor market conditions, competitive analysis, talent availability trends, and recruitment recommendations.

• Influence hiring decisions and workforce planning with data-driven insights.

• Assess and enhance recruitment processes to eliminate inefficiencies.

• Establish scalable, repeatable, and standardized recruiting methodologies.

• Use automation, AI-driven tools, and recruitment technologies effectively.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and analytics to measure performance, pipeline vitality, sourcing efficiency, and hiring results.

• Present insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Track KPIs and implement strategies for improving recruitment efficacy and operational performance.

• Support initiatives for employer branding.

• Assess sourcing channels for effectiveness and return on investment.

• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.

• Advocate for inclusive recruitment practices and diverse candidate pipelines.

• Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

• Stay informed about labor market trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• At least 5 years of experience in leading talent acquisition teams and recruitment strategies within a complex, multi-functional organization.

• Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing recruitment teams.

• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders effectively.

• Experience in creating and implementing recruitment strategies that align with business goals.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing recruitment metrics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements in recruitment.

• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and leverage innovative recruitment technologies and methodologies.

• Experience in leading recruitment transformation, process optimization, or continuous improvement projects.

• Familiarity with talent intelligence, labor market analytics, and workforce planning tools.

• Experience with automation, AI-enabled recruitment technologies, and advanced sourcing techniques.

• Experience in managing recruitment across multiple regions or global contexts.

• Strong negotiation skills and talent advisory capabilities.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
