This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and execute real-time automation controls and information solutions.

• Innovate solutions during the project's design phase.

• Program, troubleshoot, and evaluate systems.

• Prepare project engineering notes, proposals, design traceability documentation, case studies, and various other documents.

• Implement new solutions at client locations.

• Identify opportunities for enhancements.

• Develop methodologies and address complex challenges.

• Acquire knowledge of new technologies.

• Guide colleagues in areas of expertise and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate as a vital member of Grantek’s Engineering team, creating solutions that span from the manufacturing plant floor to the enterprise level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successful or anticipated completion of a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related Engineering Technology field.

• 6–8+ years of hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA/HMI, networking, databases, motion, safety, or advanced programming.

• Academic or practical experience with Ignition (Vision & Perspective), Allen-Bradley, and/or Beckhoff TwinCAT is strongly preferred.

• Detail-oriented, diligent, analytical, focused, and capable of quickly mastering complex systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments.

• Willingness for local travel with occasional day trips.

• Openness and readiness for additional travel within India.
