Systems and Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing Relation’s essential internal account management systems (AMS), encompassing design, best practices, and workflows.

• Aid in executing core business decisions regarding AMS design, configuration, and implementation.

• Facilitate efficient data migration for new acquisitions integrating into Relation’s AMS360 platform.

• Discover opportunities to enhance or broaden AMS functionalities to align with business goals.

• Contribute to high-priority initiatives focused on data governance and quality improvement.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to automate or outsource repetitive administrative tasks within the data governance framework.

• Foster relationships with new acquisitions to ensure seamless and cooperative data integration.

• Undertake special projects and other designated responsibilities.

• Work alongside business leaders from IT, Service, Broking, and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing insurance brokerage systems.

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in insurance brokerage systems management is preferred.

• Significant expertise with AMS360 and ImageRight is highly desirable.

• Strong proficiency in agency management systems.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Solid organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to communicate effectively and cultivate professional relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality principles.

• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner to both internal and external customers and clients.
