Support and Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address and resolve technical support inquiries related to clients’ incentive platforms.

• Log, categorize, and monitor support tickets, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Extract, process, and cross-verify platform data to assist operations, campaign calculations, and decision-making processes.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (using Excel / Power BI), ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Validate the consistency and quality of data, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.

• Assist the Campaigns and Mechanics teams in evaluating calculations and results.

• Document support procedures and keep the technical knowledge base current.

• Recognize recurring ticket issues and suggest enhancements for processes and systems.

• Systems and Platform Support: diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Data Analysis and Processing (Excel / SQL): extract, process, and cross-reference databases.

• Report and Dashboard Development (Power BI): structure and manage dashboards and reports.

• Support Ticket Management: log and monitor tickets in line with SLAs.

• Data Extraction, Cross-Referencing, and Validation: ensure data consistency and accuracy.

• Analytical Thinking: analyze data and identify trends and root causes.

• Attention to Detail: ensure precision in data and reporting.
