Systems Analyst, Java – Application Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve incidents reported by customers, with assistance from senior professionals for more intricate cases.

• Apply workaround solutions and specific corrections utilizing Java/Spring and Angular.

• Evaluate logs, databases, and integrations to pinpoint the root cause of issues reported.

• Prioritize and manage tickets based on severity and SLA, in partnership with N1 and N2 support teams.

• Record analyses, diagnoses, and solutions implemented, aiding in the ongoing enhancement of the team’s knowledge repository.

• Contribute to the stability, quality, and operational continuity of Techne’s Lyceum educational ERP.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in full-stack development with Java.

• Familiarity with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

• Experience in front-end development using Angular.

• Knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs.

• Expertise in relational databases and SQL.

• Proficiency with Git and version control systems.

• Experience in software architecture.

• Knowledge of system integration.

• Familiarity with microservices and application decoupling.

• Experience with Docker.

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with automated testing and software development best practices.

• Java certifications are advantageous.

• Spring Framework certifications are a plus.

• Angular or React certifications are beneficial.

• Docker certifications are an asset.

• DevOps certifications are a plus.

• Certifications in Scrum or Kanban are a plus.

• Experience with products aimed at the education sector is a plus.

• Familiarity with technology transformation and systems modernization projects is an advantage.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted software engineering is a plus.

• Oracle certifications (Java platform) are an asset.
