Finance Systems Analyst – Integrations and Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, maintenance, and deployment of integrations across various financial applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Zip, Ramp, UKG, Workato, and Stripe.

• Develop and sustain scripts that automate data flows, transformations, and synchronization between systems.

• Create and enhance Workato recipes and integration workflows utilizing APIs, JSON payloads, and webhooks.

• Provide support for SuiteScript customizations within NetSuite.

• Design small utilities aimed at minimizing manual tasks.

• Plan and execute integration tests.

• Ensure data accuracy throughout the process and document findings along with subsequent actions.

• Diagnose integration issues and resolve data inconsistencies across interconnected systems.

• Work collaboratively with finance, accounting, procurement, data, legal, and other partner teams to identify needs, clarify specifications, and offer dependable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Establish a strong foundation in technical tasks involving APIs, integrations, automation, or related systems.

• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data.

• Write or modify scripts in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages.

• Utilize sound technical reasoning across various tools and platforms.

• Develop and execute test cases for integrations and automated workflows, addressing edge cases, error handling, and retry logic.

• Independently learn new systems and technologies.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Clearly document integrations, test outcomes, and workflows.

• Familiarity with financial systems, NetSuite, Workato, Postman, or similar tools is advantageous.
