Senior IT Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Administer and provide escalation support for SaaS platforms.

• Implement and uphold policies, software deployment, patching, and security compliance for Mac and Windows endpoints utilizing Jamf and Intune.

• Manage the lifecycle across core collaboration and endpoint management platforms.

• Create automation scripts and workflows using tools such as Python, PowerShell, and Okta Workflows.

• Monitor system health, performance, and usage; proactively resolve or escalate issues as needed.

• Collaborate with the Security, Engineering, HR, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and integration of SaaS tools.

• Conduct investigations and discovery across systems for Legal and HR purposes.

• Assist with vendor management and product evaluations.

• Drive solutions and project initiatives.

• Onboard new applications for single sign-on functionality.

• Develop and maintain technical operating procedures, policies, and engineering roadmaps.

• Collaborate with the Security team to implement best security practices.

• Provide Tier 3 IT support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 3 years of experience in supporting SaaS Collaboration tools, as well as Mac and Windows endpoint management.

• Capability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts.

• Familiarity with RBAC and permissions models within core SaaS applications.

• Experience in scripting and automation.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
