Systems Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate current IT solutions and assess their functionality, efficiency, and productivity.

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new technical solutions.

• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure IT services are delivered as per agreements between service providers and clients.

• Manage technical support tickets and aid users in troubleshooting issues and finding solutions.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.

• Seek development opportunities and showcase progress according to a learning plan.

• Foster an environment that encourages end-user self-sufficiency.

• Identify potential conflicts and integrate diverse data elements and sources effectively.

• Generate innovative solutions for complex challenges.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in providing technical support for applications, developing procedures and reporting tools, and facilitating and coordinating training and other technical support.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred.

• Experience in establishing SLAs and availability goals to align with business needs and budget limitations is preferred.

• Proficiency in reading SQL queries is advantageous.

• Familiarity with regulatory, privacy, security, and relevant laws, rules, and regulations, including applicable standards, is preferred.
