IAM Information Systems Engineer – Level 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design the technical roadmap to transition all WEX business applications from manual flat files and legacy SailPoint IIQ to the cloud-native SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

• Create enterprise application onboarding playbooks, payload schemas, and pre-production exit gates.

• Ensure that clean, pre-tested payload packages are delivered to Security Engineering for the final deployment of SailPoint.

• Develop the global Role-Based and Attribute-Based Access Control model.

• Align Workday attributes, including WEX Job Role, with technical permission packages in SailPoint for seamless birthright provisioning.

• Design Agentic AI workflows that incorporate smart-approval engines, account correlation algorithms, and orphan account detection.

• Establish standards for the enterprise RPA framework.

• Oversee the integration strategy between ITSM platforms and SailPoint to facilitate Access Request Centralization (ARC).

• Collaborate with business directors and application owners to ensure backlog prioritization.

• Fulfill multi-year program commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in advanced IAM architecture, payload pipeline engineering, and leadership in enterprise directory management.

• Exceptional self-motivation and determination; capable of functioning in complex, ambiguous environments and translating strategic visions into practical engineering frameworks.

• Mastery in managing intricate, multi-track strategic programs under tight deadlines.

• Proven ability to foster consensus, negotiate backlog prioritization with directors and business leaders, advocate for compliance-by-design, and drive organizational change across decentralized business units.

• Master-level proficiency in SailPoint (ISC/IIQ).

• Knowledge of SCIM / REST / OAuth 2.0 API gateways.

• Understanding of Agentic AI and RPA strategies.

• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Java.

• Experience with Workday HR integration.

• Knowledge of Active Directory architecture.
