IAM Information Systems Engineer, Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain PowerShell, Python, and SQL data-transformation scripts to extract, cleanse, and format application account and entitlement data into standardized SCIM, REST API, or JDBC payload packages for integration with SailPoint.

• Collaborate closely with decentralized business application teams to address data quality concerns, eliminate non-standard local User IDs, and ensure 100% correlation of Workday WID accounts before platform configuration.

• Evaluate sanitized entitlement payloads to develop structured Role-Based and Attribute-Based Access Control models in SailPoint, substituting unmanaged static entitlements with user-friendly role bundles.

• Implement PowerShell/Python scripts, REST API integrations, and RPA bots to transform manual ticket-driven administrative tasks into automated self-service workflows.

• Instruct application owners on SOX/SOC regulations, Segregation of Duties risks, and audit evidence requirements to gain their cooperation and meet sprint integration timelines.

• Oversee various integration tracks and application onboarding pipelines from the discovery phase through to production validation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in IAM engineering, payload integration, or directory automation.

• A highly self-motivated problem solver who takes complete ownership of application onboarding pipelines from discovery to production validation with minimal oversight.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and balance multiple concurrent application onboarding streams (3–5 applications at the same time), script development activities, and operational escalations within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong collaborative skills; capable of influencing non-technical Application Owners to prioritize data sanitization, resolve correlation issues, and fulfill sprint commitments.

• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, SQL, REST/SCIM APIs, RPA (UiPath/Power Automate), SailPoint (IIQ or ISC), Active Directory/Entra ID, and ITSM frameworks.
