Senior System Engineer, Fleet Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Address system-generated alerts and issues raised by customers

• Act as the primary software responder, providing recommendations to the field service team

• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues whenever feasible

• Oversee and optimize the performance of deployed devices to enhance robot effectiveness

• Assist in the deployment of new devices to an expanding fleet

• Develop tools that empower the field service team to manage more issues and improve response times

• Collaborate with robotics and operations teams based in the US

• Engage with product, engineering, field operations, and customer success teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in hardware or robotics projects or products

• More than 3 years of experience with Python, Ubuntu/Linux, and Git

• At least 2 years of experience working via the command line for both local and remote systems

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)

• Must be based in South America or Latin America

• Experience with networking debugging

• Knowledge of embedded programming

• Familiarity with ElasticSearch

• Experience with React

• Proficiency in Django

• Knowledge of Structured Text

• Experience working with companies or clients in the US is advantageous
