This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, configure, and sustain the Army's Salesforce-driven AIE Recruiting Platform.

• Set up and manage Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, Flows, and security settings.

• Collect, analyze, document, and convert business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Leads, Product Designers, Developers, and government stakeholders to introduce new features and enhancements.

• Assist in the design, testing, deployment, and upkeep of Salesforce functionalities and integrations.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that support recruiting operations and leadership decision-making.

• Monitor platform performance, data integrity, system security, and user adoption metrics.

• Diagnose platform issues and coordinate solutions across technical teams.

• Aid in user acceptance testing, release management, and production deployments.

• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes via automation and streamlined workflows.

• Utilize Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, Einstein AI, generative AI tools, and emerging technologies.

• Employ AI-enabled tools for requirements analysis, solution development, documentation, testing, and process enhancement.

• Ensure adherence to Army, DoD, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance standards.

• Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

• Provide end-user assistance, platform training, and knowledge transfer.

• Contribute to program deliverables, performance metrics, and ongoing improvement initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus one full academic year of graduate education in a specialized area; OR Bachelor's degree in a specialized field plus two (2) years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least three (3) years of specialized experience.

• Experience managing Salesforce environments in a professional context.

• Understanding of Salesforce configuration, security models, user management, data management, reporting, and workflow automation.

• Experience in gathering requirements and converting business needs into technical solutions.

• Background in supporting enterprise software applications, cloud-based platforms, or CRM systems.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, permission sets, profiles, dashboards, reports, data imports, and platform configuration.

• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving system and application issues.

• Capacity to analyze business processes and suggest improvements through automation and technology solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery practices.

• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and third-party applications is a plus.

• Background in supporting data quality, governance, and system security initiatives.

• Knowledge of AI-enabled Salesforce functionalities such as Einstein AI, Agentforce, predictive analytics, or other emerging technologies is preferred.

• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, documentation, analysis, or business processes.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts, system requirements analysis, and solution testing.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and devise innovative strategies for addressing complex technical and business challenges.

• Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

• Capability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
