This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop, sustain, and troubleshoot Salesforce processes utilized by Sales, Investment Support, and Investment Operations.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and related teams on Salesforce projects.
• Collect requirements and map their relationship with the investment process.
• Assist in defining project scope and ensuring timelines are adhered to.
• Design, construct, test, implement, and maintain Salesforce Flows.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, including bulkification, error handling, minimizing DML in loops, and preventing recursive triggers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Flows across multi-flow chains and integration points.
• Aid in root cause analysis for internal support cases.
• Keep track of Salesforce releases and identify beneficial new features.
• Execute configuration changes needed due to releases.
• Assist with Salesforce deployments across sandbox environments.
• Participate in security checks and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Refresh and configure sandbox environments and align them with production.
• Document project advancements and technical modifications to Salesforce processes.
• Over 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar capacity.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Practical experience in creating and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered, screen, scheduled, and autolaunched Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flow best practices and limitations.
• Familiarity with approval processes, custom objects, SOQL, validation rules, dynamic layouts, and Lightning App Builder.
• Experience in managing Production, Full Copy sandbox, and Developer sandbox environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security management, including org-wide defaults, field-level security, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Project management abilities to oversee multiple projects and timelines effectively.
