This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as the main system administrator and subject-matter expert for the CLM platform, managing daily configurations and maintenance tasks.
• Enhance system workflows, clause libraries, contract templates, and approval routing to align with current business processes.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and implement enhancement proposals, utilizing a gate process to ensure clarity and understanding.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive contract records, which include metadata, key dates, milestones, obligations, and related documents within the CLM system.
• Generate standard and custom reports encompassing contract renewals, expirations, compliance status, and performance metrics for partners.
• Oversee data integrity within the contract repository; detect and resolve discrepancies, duplicate entries, and incomplete information.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new CLM users through organized training programs and provide practical support to promote system proficiency across departments.
• Distribute user documentation, training resources, quick-reference guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for CLM-related inquiries, promptly troubleshooting user issues and escalating them to vendors when necessary.
• Discover opportunities to automate contract workflows, approval processes, and data entry tasks within the CLM system.
• Collaborate with partners to design, implement, and document process enhancements that minimize cycle times and operational risks.
• Ensure that contracts and CLM workflows adhere to company policies, legal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal approval thresholds.
• Monitor contract obligations, renewal deadlines, and milestones, communicating relevant information to partners to mitigate risks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with procurement processes and automated workflows.
• 8+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, procurement operations, or a similar system administrator position.
• 2+ years of experience with at least one enterprise CLM platform, such as Ironclad, Conga, Salesforce CLM, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or a similar solution.
• Familiarity with interconnected business systems, such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, VIM, Trustpair, or equivalent platforms.
