This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation, upkeep, and cybersecurity measures of enterprise Windows computing environments.

• Automate extensive software patching, application deployments, and asset management utilizing SCCM/MECM.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle, provisioning, and daily Operations & Maintenance of AWS WorkSpaces and Amazon EC2 instances.

• Uphold hardening standards and ensure STIG compliance.

• Address vulnerabilities and guarantee high availability along with secure service delivery across designated endpoints and servers.

• Conduct endpoint and patch management, cloud desktop and server operations, cybersecurity hardening, along with system operations and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess Secret security clearance, with the capability to maintain it.

• Proven experience in supporting enterprise Windows computing environments within both virtual and cloud-hosted frameworks.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).

• Understanding of software patching, application deployments, and asset management processes.

• Experience in managing AWS WorkSpaces and Amazon EC2 instances.

• Proficiency with Windows Server and desktop operating systems.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity hardening standards and STIG compliance requirements.

• Availability to work core hours from 9am to 5pm Eastern.
