This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, sustain, and provide support for servers and various IT infrastructure elements.
• Identify and resolve intricate hardware, software, and network challenges.
• Aid in implementing security protocols, including antivirus measures.
• Strategize and carry out system upgrades, patches, and installations.
• Administer backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of system setups, processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Deliver advanced technical assistance to end-users.
• Address IT-related inquiries and challenges.
• Lead or contribute to IT projects, including the rollout of new technologies and systems.
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT systems administration or a comparable position.
• Expertise in Windows server environments.
• Skilled in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Understanding of cloud services like AWS and Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to meet the specified physical demands, with or without reasonable accommodations.
