IT Systems Administrator – All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide remote support to customers from the office

• Manage and maintain customers’ IT applications

• Ensure seamless and uninterrupted operational workflows

• Assist in optimizing infrastructure

• Conduct system maintenance tasks

• Implement software updates

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or extensive professional experience as a career changer

• Preferably, experience with Windows or Linux servers in medium-sized and enterprise settings

• Ideally, familiarity with managing web and application servers, including Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and reverse proxy configurations

• Understanding of multi-tier architectures

• Skills in network administration

• Knowledge of ticketing systems is a plus

• Preferably, some experience with Java

• Excellent German language proficiency (C2)

• Good command of English (B2)
