This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, maintain, and provide support for servers and various IT infrastructure elements to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
• Identify and resolve intricate hardware, software, and network problems.
• Aid in the implementation of security protocols, including antivirus solutions, to safeguard company data and IT infrastructure.
• Plan and carry out system upgrades, patches, and installations.
• Administer backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Keep detailed records of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Deliver advanced technical assistance to end-users.
• Lead or actively engage in IT-related projects, including the rollout of new technologies and systems.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or a similar qualification.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related position.
• Expertise in Windows server environments.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies, including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Must reside in the United States, excluding California, Hawaii, and Alaska.
