This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Administer and oversee both Linux and Windows Server environments

• Manage and uphold virtualized settings

• Identify and address issues within systems, networks, and applications

• Provide assistance for both cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments

• Conduct technical testing and validate solutions

• Monitor and operate systems

• Prepare and revise technical documentation and reports

• Collaborate with various technical teams to implement, maintain, and enhance infrastructure solutions

• Support the operation and continuity of client environments

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in systems administration

• Extensive experience managing Linux and Windows Server environments

• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, particularly CloudStack, VMware, Hyper-V, and/or Proxmox VE

• Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications

• Proficient in monitoring and operating systems

• Experience in cloud and on-premises environments

• Capability to conduct technical testing, document procedures, and prepare reports

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Proficient in clearly documenting technical procedures and solutions
