This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, maintain, and provide support for servers and various IT infrastructure elements.

• Identify and resolve intricate hardware, software, and network problems.

• Aid in implementing security protocols, including antivirus solutions.

• Strategize and carry out system upgrades, patches, and installations.

• Manage backup systems and disaster recovery strategies.

• Keep thorough documentation of system setups, processes, and troubleshooting methods.

• Deliver advanced technical support to end-users.

• Lead or engage in IT initiatives, including the rollout of new technologies and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT systems administration or a comparable position.

• Expertise in Windows Server environments.

• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.

• Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

• Familiarity with cloud services including AWS and Azure.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Capability to meet the physical requirements mentioned, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Occasional standing and walking required.

• Frequent sitting and hand/finger movement necessary.

• Proficiency in using office equipment in both office and remote settings.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
