This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the primary contact for internal IT support inquiries.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Oversee and manage the IT ticketing system and support processes, including triage and prioritization.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, handling provisioning, licensing, groups, mailboxes, and security policies.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding across various business systems.
• Manage company endpoints through Intune, focusing on enrollment, configuration, compliance, and software rollouts.
• Oversee account management and permissions across SaaS platforms, including Front, Dialpad, and Zoho CRM.
• Conduct regular audits of licenses and access.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Support patch management, monitoring, routine maintenance, network infrastructure, VPN access, backups, restore testing, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Aid in endpoint and email security tools and respond to alerts.
• Evaluate issues in internal web applications, replicate problems, and document precise bug reports.
• Investigate concerns using application logs, browser developer tools, and database queries.
• Identify and independently resolve user errors and data issues; log legitimate defects and enhancement requests.
• Validate fixes and assist with testing before production deployment.
• Carry out simple data and configuration adjustments under supervision.
• Progress towards making minor code modifications with guidance.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge base entries.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest enhancements.
• Support internal reporting tools, dashboards, and workflow automation.
• Contribute to business data and reporting initiatives as skills grow.
• Collaborate with the IT Administrator and other departments to comprehend technology requirements.
• Develop the ability to independently manage IT operations and provide backup support.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities within Windows environments, networking, and end-user hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, particularly user and license management.
• A systematic approach to problem-solving, capable of isolating problems, gathering evidence, and articulating it clearly.
• Comfortable working within a small team while enjoying significant autonomy and a wide range of responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical coworkers.
• Detail-oriented, with a consistent practice of maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborative and service-oriented towards internal employees.
• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
• Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Conditional Access.
• Nice-to-have: experience with endpoint management, especially Microsoft Intune.
• Nice-to-have: basic SQL knowledge, including SELECT queries with joins.
• Nice-to-have: comfort in reading application logs and using browser developer tools.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with Git and issue tracking systems like Linear, Jira, or GitLab.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to web application development using Python, JavaScript, or a similar stack.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of VPN and remote access technologies like Tailscale or WireGuard.
• Nice-to-have: experience in scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to containerization or Linux server administration.
• Nice-to-have: experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, or Make.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with BI or dashboard tools like Metabase, Power BI, or Grafana.
• Nice-to-have: relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, CompTIA A+ / Network+, or Azure/AWS fundamentals.

• Genuine exposure to various areas including identity, endpoints, networking, cloud, security, application support, and reporting.
