This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Monitor and classify incoming IT support tickets based on priority, impact, and urgency.
• Categorize, assign, and escalate tickets to the appropriate teams or specialists.
• Oversee SLAs and ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Communicate the status of tickets and resolution activities to end-users.
• Maintain and enhance support documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using protocols such as SAML and OIDC.
• Onboard new applications to identity platforms like Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.
• Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, and group-based access controls.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and access issues in integrated applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of application inventories and identity configurations.
• Present, document, and execute infrastructure and system changes according to established procedures.
• Prepare change requests with risk assessments, rollback plans, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate approvals and implementation activities with stakeholders.
• Execute approved changes during maintenance windows and validate their successful implementation.
• Document outcomes and ensure compliance with change management standards.
• Over 3 years of experience in System Administration or IT Support.
• Experience with identity providers and SSO technologies.
• Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with change management processes and operational procedures.
• Experience managing user access and authentication in enterprise applications.
• Background as a SysOps / System Administrator.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Nice to Have: experience managing Okta, Azure Active Directory, or Google Workspace.
• Nice to Have: scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Nice to Have: experience in automating administrative tasks.
• Nice to Have: experience in regulated environments or compliance contexts.
• Nice to Have: knowledge of IT governance, security, and best practices in identity management.
