This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough requirements analysis to meet project demands.

• Collect technical needs from stakeholders and convert them into clear, verifiable system requirements.

• Distribute system requirements among subsystems and relevant requirement owners.

• Create and oversee Verification & Validation Plans and Reports for system requirements.

• Work alongside stakeholders to coordinate Verification & Validation activities throughout all project phases.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables in systems engineering.

• Manage the communication of pertinent data within and across the requirements management database.

• Supervise and oversee systems engineering tasks to fulfill project goals.

• Implement and maintain ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2015 systems and software engineering life-cycle processes.

• Champion systems engineering best practices.

• Promote the identification of hazards and EHS risks while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

• Plan, oversee, and coordinate technical tasks in systems engineering performed internally or by suppliers/sub-contractors.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, or a related field.

• Significant professional experience in Systems Engineering, with practical involvement in Requirements Management, Verification, and Validation activities.

• Experience in the HVDC Power Transmission sector or a related field.

• Proficiency with requirements management tools such as IBM® DOORS.

• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team environment.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of working time.

• High level of integrity and accountability with a results-oriented approach.

• Experience in establishing Systems Engineering processes such as Requirements Management, Verification, and Validation.

• Background in a low Systems Engineering maturity environment.

• Familiarity with the Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) process.

• Experience working within a consortium project environment.

• Strong knowledge of dependability management and applicable industry standards.

• Capability to adapt to evolving requirements and priorities.

• Proactive in identifying and mitigating technical risks.
