System Programmer, Integrator – Part-Time Flex

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver programming, troubleshooting, technical, and end-user support for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

• Aid in the integration of newly acquired ERP systems into Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

• Design and develop systems that fulfill specified business requirements to address the operational, control, and reporting needs of the organization.

• Create complex queries and stored procedures utilizing SQL and other necessary tools.

• Collaborate with Operations and Consultants to design, construct, and customize reports and reporting packages using SQL Server and/or other required tools.

• Draft and maintain technical documentation.

• Research and develop new technologies and tools related to Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

• Oversee source code versioning and deployments, along with system upgrades and enhancements.

• Assist in optimizing Deltek Vision, API Integration, SQL queries, stored procedures, and overall database programming.

• Design and implement mission-critical features within Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to design, program, and implement system functionalities, improved user interfaces, and enhanced internal reporting capabilities.

• Integrate new acquisitions into the current Deltek system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of development experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

• Expertise in SQL development, including complex queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions, as well as performance tuning.

• Experience in professional services is preferred but not mandatory.
