This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement compensation programs, policies, and plans for executive, management, and staff levels.
• Advise senior leaders on compensation decisions, practices, as well as the interpretation of policies and guidelines.
• Deliver compensation analysis, models, recommendations, and expert counsel to management and HR leaders.
• Educate and guide management on compensation philosophy, salary structures, market analysis, merit, and bonus processes.
• Collaborate with HR Communications on employee communications regarding compensation.
• Manage the annual execution and administration of merit, market, equity, and variable compensation programs and systems.
• Ensure the integrity of data in compensation management and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups focused on associate pay, mergers and acquisitions, cost-saving initiatives, audit findings, and the development and implementation of compensation systems.
• Work alongside the Human Resources Compensation Committee’s independent consultant on plans and programs requiring review and approval.
• Assist in the development of materials for Compensation Committee presentations.
• Guarantee accurate compensation reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide expertise and support for effective union negotiations and bargaining.
• Lead, mentor, and establish goals and operating procedures for the System Compensation team.
• Prioritize and optimize resources to achieve ministry goals and objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or Accounting.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive compensation experience, including experience in healthcare compensation.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisive judgments.
• Capacity to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to function effectively in a high-pressure environment and take appropriate actions.
• Experience in leading and mentoring others.
• M&A experience.
• MBA or MHR preferred.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
