System Analysis Associate III – HR Data Mgmt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide end-user assistance for HR Systems via a structured ticketing system, efficiently resolving technical inquiries.

• Conduct audits to ensure data integrity within HR Systems, performing thorough analysis and implementing solutions.

• Support data conversion activities, including large-scale data uploads, to uphold data accuracy.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee effective support and successful project results.

• Investigate system issues and recommend as well as implement process enhancements to boost operational efficiency.

• Review and refresh work instructions to accurately reflect system updates and standardized procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in system troubleshooting, technical support, or comparable roles.

• A Bachelor’s degree is essential.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related area is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

• Prior experience in troubleshooting and supporting HR Systems is advantageous.

• Experience with data conversion and large data loads is a plus.
