System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to effectively implement DMS projects within the municipal sector.

• Methodically gather and evaluate both business and technical requirements from customers.

• Configure and transition the komXwork DMS solution.

• Facilitate focused training sessions and workshops for users and stakeholders involved in projects.

• Assist with testing and activities related to the go-live phase.

• Ensure the enduring stability and dependability of ongoing operations.

• Examine challenges and aid in the continuous improvement of existing standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the public sector, municipal setting, or with an IT systems integrator.

• Practical experience with SQL databases and PowerShell.

• Familiarity with Microsoft server environments is advantageous.

• Experience in installing, implementing, or utilizing DMS and ECM systems, along with electronic records systems, is beneficial.

• Solution-focused and organized approach, with the confidence to question current practices and the commitment to follow through.

• Friendly and approachable personality.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.

• Valid Category B driver's license.
