Sustainability Account Associate – Junior Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist customers during the post-sales phase.

• Evaluate individual customer data and consistently enhance processes.

• Cultivate technical knowledge in sustainability to provide project content for clients.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers using the software.

• Address customer inquiries and issues regarding product usage.

• Offer technical guidance on sustainability to customers.

• Analyze sustainability KPIs and software content.

• Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding the effective use of tools and services.

• Act as an internal liaison among sales teams, the sustainability department, and software engineers.

• Create and oversee tools for tracking customer activities and responding to monitoring insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in a comparable role.

• Professional experience with at least one of the following frameworks or standards: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, or EcoVadis.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• An independent, customer-oriented work approach.

• A structured and solution-focused working style.

• Strong and confident communication abilities.

• A drive to independently explore new sustainability topics.

• Fluent English skills, including proficiency in professional negotiation.
