Surveying Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Uphold and enhance e.surv’s internal policies and controls in collaboration with Quality and Technical teams.

• Collaborate with Customer Care to address and reflect on indemnity claims.

• Partner with the Post Valuation Query team to minimize queries directed at the business.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal products alongside the Project Team.

• Participate in regular internal meetings.

• Monitor and respond to industry news and changes in policy.

• Contribute articles and analyses for industry publications, including insights into the residential market.

• Develop and distribute regular guidance for internal stakeholders.

• Address internal technical and policy inquiries within the established SLA.

• Assist Learning and Development in creating internal compliance training materials.

• Lead Technical and Quality initiatives within the e.surv B2C environment, which includes guidance on Home Survey Products, MI analysis, and audit support.

• Contribute to audit and quality compliance efforts.

• Provide subject matter expert input on B2C product-related contracts.

• Aid in the preparation of internal risk reports and business dashboards.

• Act as a subject matter expert for internal policies and procedures, including managing the Valuation Controls Manual.

• Assist in quarter-end, month-end, and milestone reporting activities.

• Analyze data, identify trends, and produce actionable recommendations for management and strategic planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of RICS “Red Book” standards.

• Awareness of current trends and emerging issues within residential surveying and valuation.

• Demonstrated practical experience in executing a diverse range of valuation and survey assignments.

• Experience in the residential surveying and valuation market is desirable.

• Familiarity with the complete mortgage origination process is a plus.

• Minimum qualification of AssocRICS; MRICS or FRICS is preferred.

• Accreditation in the Valuer Registration Scheme.

• Must successfully complete the Criminal Records Disclosure and Credit Referencing Process.

• Strong technical knowledge in surveying.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Interest in MI reporting, quality metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
